We had the pleasure of working with this fun couple in the final weeks leading up to their big day for their Miami-themed Wedding with a Modern Bling Style at Villa Woodbine, Coconut Grove.

Very organized and detail-oriented, Jasmine had been planning her wedding for over a year. But she was balancing a lot: working full-time, raising a toddler and juggling all the to-dos that come with wedding planning. Kelvin is in the music industry and didn’t have much free time either. When they contacted Halo Events two months prior to their wedding, we were happy to step in and help them bring their vision to life.

Held at the charming Villa Woodbine, Jasmine and Kelvin’s wedding radiated a dreamy, romantic vibe from start to finish. Spanish instrumental music by the Trio Band welcomed guests into the space. The venue evoked the look and feel of a Spanish hacienda with its vibrant greenery and natural elements. After a beautiful ceremony, the reception kicked off in true Miami style. Cigar rollers rolled custom-made cigars, while celebrity DJ Questlove played a mix of R&B old-school music. Laughter filled the room as guests celebrated on the dance floor. R&B singer Usher Raymond even showed off some of his signature moves. And when Kelvin danced with his daughter, the touching moment caused a few joyful tears. Surrounded by the warmth of love and support, the happy couple and their guests could be truly present and enjoy every moment of this special day.
